Requirements for future quantum workforce – a Delphi study

Abstract With new quantum technologies and applications comes a need for specialists, the workforce. This brings challenges education that typical mechanics courses physicists do not address. Requirements future workforce to be collected training programmes created. In between, there should European competence framework on which build programmes. One goal of Flagship project QTEdu is develop this second-generation technologies. The Delphi study presented here serves as basis this: aim identify knowledge competences in field information technologies, are partly already needed industry today, but especially future.
